Canadian Vehicle-Grid Integration Alliance

Powering a resilient and affordable energy future

The Canadian VGI Alliance is a national initiative advancing the integration of electric vehicles with the electricity grid, bringing together utilities, automakers, policymakers, and other stakeholders to align on the standards, investment pathways and deployment practices needed to scale VGI across Canada.

About the Alliance

Convened by Dunsky Energy + Climate Advisors, the Alliance advances market transformation by establishing the shared frameworks needed to scale VGI across Canada, including managed charging and bidirectional charging (V2G). The Alliance will deliver the foundational tools, guidance, and coordination needed to move VGI from isolated pilots to scalable, investable utility offerings.
